I am a Level 3 certified Pilates instructor and have been involved in various aspects of the sports and fitness industry for over 25 years so I know how important it is to look after your body. 


Pilates does exactly that – it involves the body as a whole and is adaptable to most fitness levels and needs. There’s never been a more important time to be aware of postural problems caused by our lifestyles, sitting at computers and looking at phone screens.  


Pilates increases flexibility, corrects postural problems, improves balance, co-ordination, core strength and muscle tone.


If you want to feel good in mind and body and ensure that you remain pain free and active then Pilates is the discipline for you!





Come and have a one to one Pilates session or share with a friend in our small but well equipped Gym. I’ll be able to tailor each session, to suit your individual needs using a variety of equipment available to adapt the fundamental Pilates exercises and principles to give you the ideal workout.


Are you short of time? Then let me travel to you for an individual or shared Pilates session in the comfort of your own home.  I’ll bring the necessary equipment and the knowledge to give you a tailor made 60 or 90 minute Pilates workout. 


Group sessions take place in the open air during the warmer months from June until September and from the latter part of 2019 will be held in the Cart Barn at Bridge House year round. Please call or email for dates and times and availability.


If you prefer working on specifics whether that be general fitness, postural problems or nagging joint pain, there’s no better way to find the perfect Pilates workout than with a one to one 60 or 90 minute session with me in the Gym.
